RAZZOLINK provides a personal Customer Portal for accessing and maintaining your RAZZOLINK account. Your Customer Portal login and password is at the bottom of your monthly invoice or statement.  Note: Once you access the customer portal login page for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password for security purposes.

Using the Customer Portal you can:

  • Make payments to your account
  • Change billing/personal information
  • Change password
  • Check your account status (invoice and payment transactions)
  • Open a support ticket
  • Monitor and manage bandwidth usage
